International Training Course

From the 7th–11th of April 2025, the COVE-WENDT Erasmus+ Project hosted an international training course at the Vocational Training Centre of Miskolc in Hungary, focusing on digital and innovative teaching methods in vocational education and training (VET).

As industry evolves in a fast-paced, digital and sustainability-driven direction, conventional teaching methods are no longer enough. This training aimed to equip VET teachers and trainers with the digital skills and tools they need to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

During the week, participants explored:
● Fundamentals of distance learning and e-learning;
● Creation and management of online courses;
● Advanced digital tools like Canva, eXeLearning, Kahoot, and more;
● Methods for assessing learning outcomes;
● Hands-on project work to develop welding-related online courses.

The event also fostered international collaboration and the exchange of good practices among partners.

A second edition of this course is planned for 2027 — stay tuned as we continue to build capacity and innovation in VET!
