of the COVE-WENDT Project
Centre of Vocational Excellence in
Welding and
Non-Destructive Testing.
The COVE-WENDT project is actively working to strengthen local training environments and skill sets with concrete, change-oriented actions. Our goal is to build talent ecosystems focused on innovation, smart development, and regional growth, supporting the transformation towards a more sustainable and digital economy.
The project is proudly backed by the Smart Specialisation Platform (S3P), which assists countries in developing and
evolving their R&D and innovation strategies for more effective specialisation. Last month, June 4-6, during CESOL's technical days, the organization had an excellent opportunity to showcase and give visibility
to the various international projects in which it is immersed.
CESOL Asoc. Española Soldadura y Tec. de Unión was thrilled to
explain its deep involvement with the COVE-WENDT project, highlighting its crucial role in driving regional development and skill
enhancement. It's inspiring to see such impactful initiatives moving forward!
The demand for digital education and the transition to green industry are increasing. Training centres need to adapt to this trend.
