On 9 October,
COVE-WENDT
partner
ISIM TIMIȘOARA
participated in the
“Bursa Locurilor de Muncă” Job Fair,
organised by
AJOFM Timiș,
an associated partner of the project, together with the
Social Assistance
Directorate of Timișoara Municipality. Held at the Kuncz Social Services Complex
in Timișoara, the event provided an opportunity
to connect with students, young graduates and experienced professionals
interested in careers in welding, non-destructive
testing (NDT) and applied research.
At the dedicated
COVE-WENDT
stand, 54 participants explored career
opportunities, and 8 full-time positions
were presented:
▪ 4 Mechanical Engineers;
▪ 1 IT Engineer (Computer Research Engineer);
▪ 3 Mechanical Technicians.
Beyond presenting job opportunities, the event encouraged valuable
discussions about professional roles, required
skills and recruitment pathways. This is what Vocational Excellence is all about:
bringing training, research and the labour market closer together,
helping skilled professionals find meaningful careers while supporting
industry's need for qualified specialists.
